A dark, otherworldy, vibrant, animated, mycelium fairytale.

For the Autumn/Winter 2022 Alexander McQueen fashion show in New York, we created a series of colourful and mysterious looking 3D animations used as teasers, invites and other promotional material for the show.

Translating the prints

We worked closely with the team on translating the prints by Alexander McQueen to 3D. The style the client was going for was a surreal nighttime scene with macro sounds and visual looks. Bright neon-colored mushrooms in various formations and a timelapse-like growth animation.
